There are three ways people deal with failure

  • give excuses, blame other and give up
  • keep trying the same thing over & over again. get frustrated and quit eventualy
  • get feedback, use it to change their strategy and take action again. repeat this process until they get what they want

Flexibility is the ability to constantly change our strategy and do whatever it takes to get the results we want.
