What am I going to tell about myself. Malaslah cakap orang putih.

Oklah, aku berasal dari sebuah kampung kecil di pantai timur atau dengan lebih spesifik di Kelantan. Datang dari keluarga guru dimana ayah dan ibu bekerja sebagai guru. Mereka sudah lama pencen dan masih tinggal di kampung kelahiranku.

Maka bermakna, aku ni ore kelate. Walaupun asal dari kelantan tapi selepas darjah enam, aku sudah mula keluar dari negeri kelahiran ku dan belajar di negeri lain.

Belajar di asrama penuh adalah harapan ibubapaku pada masa itu. Maka aku dihantar ke sebuah sekolah asrama penuh di Melaka. Selepas itu aku mendapat tawaran ke kursus ke luar negara tetapi ibubapaku menolak untuk menghantarku ke luar negara. Aku kemudiannya belajar di kursus matrikulasi di Kulim Kedah dan kemudiannya di USM Minden, Pulau Pinang.

Pada mula, aku ingin belajar perubatan tetapi semasa tahun tu, kerajaan melaungkan Wawasan 2020 untuk menjadi negara perindustrian maka aku menyahut cabaran itu dan menjadi jurutera dan konsultant.

This blog is about my life journey towards achieving financial freedom. Well, let me tell you about my life. I’m a technical consultant working with a swedish company. With my job, I have been travelling around 25 countries (and counting!) with 40 major cities throughout the world and been to 3 wonders of the world - Taj Mahal, India & Great Wall, China & Leaning Tower of Pisa, Italy.

Finally I realised that I need a break. Nothing can satisfy me in life and trying to find my trueself, l I went for pilgrimage in Mecca early 2004 (8 Jan to be exact). It has changed my perception about life spiritually.
Now I’m struggling hard to pay my debts (my mortgage.. already done!..) and heading towards my financial freedom (ran out of rat race..). I have paid my car and my house loans. Now I’m saving every penny for my retirements (even I’m still below 40 yrs old).

My current priority now is saving for retirement, going for umrah every year, do charity!
